Dr. Jesse Marshall Cooper was the fourth child of Thomas Sterling Cooper. He married Laura E. Spier on January 24, 1885. He was listed as physician in the 1900 Census for Justice Precinct 2, Montgomery County, Texas. His wife, Laura, was born in 1867 and died in1924.
